Description
- Hand-finished detailing: Eight Tibetan symbols etched inside the bowl and mantras hand-painted on the outside each piece is finished by hand, so the painting varies slightly between bowls
- Wooden mallet included: A hand-carved mallet comes with the bowl run it around the rim at a slight outward angle to bring up the tone, or strike the side for a single note
- How to play it: Rest the bowl flat on an open palm rather than gripping it a faster rotation of the mallet builds a louder tone, a slower one keeps it quiet and even
- Used in meditation and yoga: A fixture of sound bath, mindfulness and chakra practice sits on a shelf or altar between sessions as a decorative piece
